Our Story
Built Around One Problem
Talented Ghanaian students and travellers were losing opportunities not because they were unqualified — but because the process defeated them.
Applications submitted to the wrong course. Visa files missing one document. Flights booked separately from the trip they belonged to. Advice that came from an office in another city, from someone who had never met the applicant.
Jonamass Travel & Tours was built to close that gap from inside the Western Region. The business has been offering overseas staff recruitment and travel and tour services to reputable businesses since 2011, and today works across two connected arms: educational consultancy for students heading abroad, and travel services for everyone else who needs to move.
The two belong together. A student who wins a place still needs a visa file, a flight and somewhere to live. Handling all of it under one roof is the point.

We are based on the Takoradi Bypass Road in the Western Region — not a call centre, not an agent’s desk in someone else’s office.
That matters more than it sounds. Applicants can bring original documents in person, sit down with the person handling their file, and get an answer the same day. Parents can come in and ask the questions they would rather not send by message. Nothing gets lost between an applicant and a distant head office.
